By using SyncFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

SyncFlow is a free, client-side web application that allows users to synchronize subtitle files with video content. All processing occurs locally in the user's browser. No files are uploaded to any server.

3. No Warranty

SyncFlow is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The tool will meet your specific requirements
The tool will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
Subtitle timing adjustments will be perfectly accurate
Exported subtitle files will be compatible with all players

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SyncFlow or its creators be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this tool, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of time spent adjusting subtitles, or corrupted subtitle files.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

The video and subtitle files you use with this tool
Ensuring you have the legal right to modify any subtitle files
Verifying the accuracy of exported subtitle timings
Complying with applicable copyright laws regarding video content

6. Intellectual Property

SyncFlow's source code is available on GitHub. The tool name, logo, and branding are provided as-is. You may not use SyncFlow's branding to imply endorsement of third-party products.

7. No Account, No Tracking

SyncFlow does not require account creation. We do not track users, collect personal data, or store any information about how you use the tool.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of SyncFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
