By using SyncFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

2. Description of Service

SyncFlow is a free, client-side web application that allows users to synchronize subtitle files with video content. AI transcription sends audio through a secure Cloudflare proxy to Groq's Whisper-large-v3-turbo API. Audio data is processed in memory and never stored on any server. All local file processing occurs in the user's browser. No video or subtitle files are uploaded to any server.

SyncFlow does not require account creation. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (page views, feature interactions) to help improve the tool. No personal information is collected, and video or subtitle file contents are never transmitted to analytics servers. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details.
